Why do I need a Land Surveyor?


If you are looking to buy or sell a property, develop your property, or subdivide, the boundaries of the land must be accurately identified in a re-establishment survey by a Licensed Surveyor.


A fence is often assumed to represent a title boundary – often, this isn’t the case.


Other issues, such as easement or restrictions on the title, can be determined by a Licensed Surveyor.


If you are in dispute with your neighbours over a fence location, we can determine where the title boundary is in relation to the fence and who may have rights over the land between the fence and the title.


Any land development may need a feature and level survey to show the land's topography and position the features of any services, buildings etc.
